All Fajar Zahra products are digital — there's nothing to ship. The moment your payment completes:

• You receive an email receipt from Lemon Squeezy with your download link.
• The link gives you a START-HERE PDF containing a one-click copy link.
• Open the link while signed into your Google account and the template copies to your Drive in seconds.

Didn't get your email? Check spam first, then contact us at [email protected] with your order number — we'll resend it.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be "returned," all sales are final — except in these cases:

• The template file is broken or won't copy, and we can't fix it for you.
• You were charged twice or charged in error.
• Required by consumer law in your country.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number and what went wrong. We review every request personally.

Free updates

When we improve a template you've purchased, you get the new version free — just re-download from your original link or ask us for a fresh one.
